All Client Tenancy Deposits are registered with the Government Approved Scheme: MyDeposits.

All Client Tenancy Deposits are protected within segregated client money accounts and fully insured by CMP (Client Money Protection). All Clients' of Adre Properties Ltd Landlords have the peace of mind that that their money is protected.


Adre Properties Ltd is registered under the Money Laundering Regulations (MLR 2007) and ICO.

Administration Fees

£175 inclusive (Minimum) or 25% of the Monthly Rent is payable as an Administration Fee 

What is an Administration Fee?

From 1 November 2013 all Letting Agents must include information about non-optional charges.

The Administration Fee is a holding deposit for the property and covers the cost of processing your application. This includes your reference and employment checks and preparing your Tenancy Agreements.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Under some circumstances additional fees may be applicable, such as when there is multiple house occupancy or when a Guarantor may be required:

Guarantor: £110

Credit, Landlord and Employment Check: £35

Administration Charges (i.e amendments to your contract due to a person leaving or being added): £40
